ParsTech Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) uses personal information to respond to inquiries and provide IT services. This policy describes information handled through our website and related communications.
Information we collect
When you request a consultation, we receive your name, email address, selected service, message, and any company name or phone number you choose to provide. We also receive information you send directly by email. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential client information in the consultation form.
Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect their services.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to requests, discuss your IT needs, provide agreed services, maintain business communications, and protect our systems. Submitting a consultation request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and provides network security.
- Formspree receives and processes consultation-form submissions and sends notification emails to us.
- Google Workspace provides our business email, where we receive and manage correspondence and consultation notifications.
These providers may process information outside Québec and Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. Their own policies describe their processing practices: Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google Workspace.
Sharing
ParsTech Solutions does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information to providers needed to deliver our services, when required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and analytics
This version of our website does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics script added by ParsTech. Our hosting and form providers may use technologies needed for delivery, security, and spam prevention.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or to meet legal obligations. Submission copies held by Formspree and messages in our Google Workspace mailbox have separate retention settings; deleting one copy does not automatically delete the other.
Your requests and choices
Depending on applicable Canadian and Québec privacy law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion where legally permitted. Contact us at info@parstechsolutions.ca with a privacy request or complaint. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
Our website and services are not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
